Supporting Applicants through UCAS Clearing

As part of my role as a Post-16 Outreach Officer at the University of East Anglia (UEA), I lead engagement with parents, carers, teachers, and advisers who support students considering Higher Education.
To help these supporters navigate one of the busiest stages of the application cycle, I led the development of this comprehensive guide to UCAS Clearing. The resource explains what Clearing is, who it is for, and how the process works through a step-by-step walkthrough, complete with screenshots of the student-facing system, practical advice for contacting universities, and answers to a wide range of frequently asked questions.
Although I led the project from conception to publication, it was developed in collaboration with colleagues from student recruitment, access and participation outreach, admissions, marketing, and our external creative partner, Mammoth.
